How do I get to the venue?

Is there a dress code?
No - wear whatever you will be comfortable in.
What time does it start?
The show will start promptly at the time stated on your ticket
Is there a bar?
Yes - there are bars in all theatres and some will let you take drinks into the auditorium. Check with the bar staff when you are there.
When will I get my tickets?
For all orders fulfilled by AmbassadorTickets you will normally receive your tickets within 7 days of booking. Other venues may vary.
How long is the show?

Is the show suitable for kids?

Both my tickets have a price on - I thought it was a 2 for 1 deal?
You will have been given a 2 4 1 offer if you selected the O2 price when booking. Both tickets will still show a face value but it will be half the usual full price which equates to a 2 4 1.
I've lost my tickets - can I get replacements?
Please check with the venue. For all tickets booked via AmbassadorTickets duplicates will be left at the theatre box office for you to collect on the day. Please call us to make the necessary arrangements.
I can't go anymore - can I have a refund?
Unfortunately once purchase all tickets are non refundable. For tickets purchased through AmbassadorTickets it may be possible to arrange an exchange to another date of the same show. Please contact us to discuss this possibility.
